George Bogatiuk III - Product Expert | sales@soundtraxx.com
George joined SoundTraxx in 2008 as a lifelong modeler and a “walking encyclopedia” of train facts and DCC know-how. George is eager to assist modelers in every aspect of the hobby and considers the model railroading community as “one big club.” He has more than 25 years of experience in model railroading and is especially interested in realistic prototypical operation. As a Product Expert at SoundTraxx, George enjoys educating retailers and customers about the benefits of DCC and sound, and he provides technical assistance when needed. George also writes the Application Notes for sound installations in specific models.

Norman Carnaby has been an avid model railroader for most of his life. He joined the SoundTraxx Support Team in 2022. He previously worked as a DCC installer, and as such has seen a wide variety of different issues and situations with DCC locomotives, making him well-equipped to offer support in these scenarios. He is also especially interested in the mechanical operation of the prototypes and has a wealth of knowledge of different locomotives and how they behave in the real world.
