George Bogatiuk III - Product Expert | sales@soundtraxx.com
George joined SoundTraxx in 2008 as a lifelong modeler and a “walking encyclopedia” of train facts and DCC know-how. George is eager to assist modelers in every aspect of the hobby and considers the model railroading community as “one big club.” He has more than 25 years of experience in model railroading and is especially interested in realistic prototypical operation. As a Product Expert at SoundTraxx, George enjoys educating retailers and customers about the benefits of DCC and sound, and he provides technical assistance when needed. George also writes the Application Notes for sound installations in specific models.

Tom joined the SoundTraxx team in 2025. He has been a model railroader since 1982 and a serious prototype modeler since 1998. He has written articles for various hobby publications, and historical societies. A lifelong modeler of the Missouri Pacific Railroad, Tom has been pursuing the modeling of his hometown of West Frankfort, IL; and the coal mines that operated around it. He enjoys the fellowship and conversing with fellow modelers about their experiences while helping with technical questions to help them enjoy all facets of their SoundTraxx purchase.
